Completely disable combat for Pet classes?

I dont want my DK to fuckin' run under a tent, try to mount, and get stuck for an hour. The pet can solo whole packs of mobs, just let him fight the mobs, and let my DK mine/herb.

The nodes are near to tents, trees, whatever. I just dont want GB to charge the mobs.

Change spec to something without a constant pet? Then set it to use death grip as the 9 sec spell or something, a geared dk should kill a mob in under 10 secs..
