Compiler executable file csc.exe cannot be found.

Hello,
It's been a month or so since I last ran Honorbuddy, but I decided to run it today. When I ran it, it gave me the error of "Compiler executable file csc.exe cannot be found." after logging in.
I then tried redownloading Honorbuddy, but the same error persisted.
I tried disabling my antivirus, firewall and such, but no luck. I was unable to find any info on this error on the boards.

I've attached the log, though I don't think it provides information on the error.
I hope I can get some help,

update your HB to latest version(1.333)
clear your wow cache folder and disable your firewall/antivirus

I updated to the latest version, cleared my cache folder and disabled all antivira and firewall, although none of this helped. The problem still persists.

Repair your .NET Framework and make sure it is updated to version 3.5.

Thanks, I must've somehow removed my latest version of .Net Framework. It got past the error now, though it goes not responding when past the loading screen. I used the verification tool for .Net Framework, and I've got .NET Framework 3.5. This seems rather mind buckling to me.
