Anyone have a good item list? for advanced? I was running the reg item filter this morning and telling it to ignore all Rares but yet it still picks up absolutely everything and does not finish maps

There are a couple good lists, look in advance item filter thread or the rules thread. Also if you need help, best to post a full log, my guess is you didn't tick enable custom rules...
