All the addons are actually Blizzard-approved. They may not be developed by Bliz, but they are safe as far as Blizzard is concerned.
Blizzard does not care if you are disturbing the economy by gold farming or not, using anything involving touching wow client as 3rd party is considered botting/*****ing unless its part of the vast addon base which are "ok" according a bluepost.
