Combat Routine

It's been a while since I have been in WoW, and thus botting. I have been reading all the changes that happened over time (such as honorbuddy legend), but one thing is unclear to me, that is, whether or not combat routine and appropriate botbases are now only reserved for Legend users, or life-time users too?

If you were a lifetime user, nothing has changed. If you bought a previous routine, you may need to purchase it again due to major overhauls that needed to take place. Legendary buddy just gives access to ALL their bots, not just wow ones, plus some other perks, etc.
