Combat Routine with no Profile

Hello guys.
You can start the DB with only a combat routine and no profile?
I want to walk freely through the maps and the DB into action only in the fighting.
Is it possible?
I appreciate any response.

I'm back.
Seems easy in theory, but in practice is another story...
I tried this program on a profile file:

Profile>
<Name>Combat Only</Name>
<KillMonsters>True</KillMonsters>
<PickupLoot>True</PickupLoot>
<Order>
<!-- Toggle Targeting -->
<ToggleTargeting questId="101758" stepId="1" combat="True" looting="True" lootRadius="90" killRadius="60" />
</Order>
</Profile>

But the hero does not go into combat.
Can anyone lend a hand?
