Combat Profile?

I'm looking for just a combat profile so I can use it while running through with buddies. Any suggestions?

I believe trinity has this function under Advanced > Disable All Movement. I can only assume that will accomplish what you are looking for in most cases..

Not sure how well it works (This is on trinity 2.8.0 at the very least)
