i want to use in arena, and it only attacks others if there the other faction anyway to fix that?

It's possible it's a cr issue. If the cr you are using was built for pve only , it will only attack enemy players. Also I would suggest getting Enyo from the buddy store (it's free) and a cr that it PvP enabled. Also Honor Buddy doesn't officially support arena.
