Combat bot does not work in Dungeons/Scenarios?

So I am not sure if its a recent thing but is the Combat bot broken? Outside of Instances (dungeons/LFR/scenarios) if works fine but when in an instance it hits once and then just auto attacks and uses no abilities. =/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.
