Code to drop or avoid quest for HB 1.9.5.5

I've searched through the release thread and looked through tony's 1-12 mulgore but i cannot see an avoid quest code, anyone have a clue if this was included in the bot?

i know there is a code to blacklist hte quest giver, but i need the indiviual quests blacklisted

Found a bug insteasd for HB, if you start and stop the bot, it will pick up all the quests around in its surroundings or something.. cause i have not put that quest in my profile but it sitll picks it up ; P

EDIT2: nevermind it still picks up quest that i don't want it to..

Blacklist the quest giver maybe, that way it should only pickup the quests when you specify it to. Be a pain todo that to them all though lol.
