After googling it turns out that a quest step isnt unlocked, however the profile Im using is using adventure mode so no quests need to be unlocked.

I checked other profiles aswell and it turns out others are using the same questid/queststep:

Can someone tell which quest I need to unlock in game in order to fix this? Or modify the profile somehow?

i'm having this issue in all but one adventure mode profile as well. I can complete The act 1 skeleton king profile but nothing else? If i start the game and run it i don't have a problem but when it tries to create the next game it doesn't work.

have you changed the game wait timer by any chance ?

Not that I know of where in trinity do I find that? It's still set to random as far as I know

Solution on how to solve
"Code 316611" Error​

Play all the Story Quests from Act 1-4 even if you've opened Adventure mode already.
Only one character has to clear Act 5 in order to unlock Adventure mode for whole account.
All others must clear Act 1-4



Note: I found out while having all my working chars cleared 1-4 but not 5.
The reason my wizard didn't work was cause I missed some Quests in Act 3.......don't ask me why lol.
So I got to the conclusion that all Chars need to clear Act 1-4 Story Quests in order to be able to bot without
getting the error.
I hope I'm not wrong here and that people gonna spread it if other people get into the same issue.

I just worked out because I reset quests for one character not all profiles work. For other characters that have had a play through every single one works as it's meant to.
