Code 316611 HELP!

I am trying to use rixx Act3 on my Wizard but it keeps saying error Code 316611 and it wont load. I have done some research and this might mean that I am trying to join something that doesnt exsist but I have beat every act on every difficulty... I know the act works. Plus I am only trying to join Master.

It works on my Monk but its not nearly as geared. I would love to make this work on Torment

That is the error you usually get if you are trying to run either an unselectable quest/step or you don't have the quest/step yet.

Basically are you sure you have unlocked the Quest & Act that the script requires?

that error pops only when a required quest step is locked
