As you all know, there was a "mini" ban wave Wednesday. I have a few friends that got all their bots banned and i was the only one to "survive". I tend to think it's because i rarely post on AH, i only use CoD for the large amounts of Ores/Herbs/Gems.

DO you think CoD is safer than AH or I had a shitload of luck ?

just dont post 300+ auctions/day and you should be safe

i'm on a high pop server and the AH is utterly full of stacks from the same people everyday,undercutting like hell, 10-15 gold .. I prefer to give them cheaper than AH and CoD seems safer and less risky of having a whole server knowing you're selling 100 stacks daily. better to 1-2 steady buyers. They don't ask where i get them from, i don't ask what they're doing with 300 stacks of iron everyday.

My friend posts ~300 auctions on AH, I dont.

Even did so in Cataclysm. He has been banned a few times, I have never. Botting on same char as in beginning of cata. 2-3 months after expansion 20-22hours/day. Blackspotting objects that makes my char look like a bot. Playing some heroics and BG's. Writing to friends on the server.

Maybe I'm lucky, or maybe I'm just more careful
