COD Mailer

I would like to request a COD Mail plugin where I can select certain things to be COD.

Maybe make it only send full stacks. Like, I want to mail 12 stacks of 20 Elementium Ore to "Player Name" for 360 gold. Also, I want the rest to be auto-mailed to an alt.

Can this be done?
