I get that everybody says that HB and GB are undetectable right now, but while I was laying down I thought up a rather percular idea. What if Blizz is just doing mini ban waves to cut down the herd. Now from a stratigic point of view this would be the best way to thin the herd of bots without making everybody pull out there bots. I was just wondering about anybodies thoughts of if this was possable. Please I dont need little comments saying that HB/GB is undertectable, this is a theory not fact.

HB GB = undetected = fact.

There is reasons for ban's...

You would be amazed to know the type of info blizz collects about you ever time you click wow.exe or installer.exe or launcher.exe

As many above comments have said hb and gb are undetectable. How do i know? Well i recently was also banned however this was my second offense so it was a perma ban... However i managed to work my way through 5 on the phone calls about 4 emails later i got my acount unbanned (This took about a week). If they had solid proof of any bot programs ran through my acount i would not of gotten it back

NO BOT is undetectable. Anyone who bots know this!!!! No one can claim this. Not even GB/HB! If it was UN-Detectable... then why are people getting banned? Blizzard doesn't just hand pick people or believe every report they get... they have to investigate and prove it.

Our use the term "undetectable" means Blizzard and the software they use (warden) is not able to see HB/GB (or any by the product) running. If this was the case, every single person using a buddy product would be banned.

The fact that people are getting banned is due to some other criteria; observation, player reports, server side statistical analysis.

But the point of this thread is to say that what if they have detected HB/GB and decided to do mini ban waves instead of 1 massive wave. This is a what if, not a status quo thing.

Possible? Of course. Happening? No.Why? Not blizzards style, never has been, for any game tbh xD.

If they detected any buddy product, I assure you, they would monitor every user for over a month to collate data and just crap on you and make sure they killed every account every buddy user owned. Blizz = your gf's dad, he knows what kind of person you are, he watches you, and once has has the dirt, then he makes his move to kick your ass xD

I doubt there blizzard play games like that, no pun intended.

And if HB was currently being detected by blizzard but they are holding off on banning people, I would shortly be embarking on a months long drinking binge as I would be losing my 3 main accounts (I promised myself I would never bot on these accounts).

you really want to know why people getting banned and at the same time why HB is not detectable at the moment ? really ? man use your brain, if HB would be detectable at the moment, blizz would bann ALL the HB accounts within a minute.
people get banned because they are either ignorant to safety measures or plain stupid, like people that dont observe a new profile/cc or HB version for at least a few hours if they work afkable. or if i read about people downloading a new version
of archeologybuddy, pressing the startbutton and go away for hours, that is just stupid. and this people deserve to get banned.
it is fucking anoying to see such stupid threads about bannwaves, sometimes i wonder how this people can use the toilette without help. HB is a very good piece of software but it can not compensate a stupid user, and no software ever can do this.
in german IT circles we call such users DAU's , you can translate it if you want " D?mmster Anzunehmender User"

If they detected Hb / Gb, non of us had a bot running now. If blizzard finds a way to ban all bots in one massive banwave, be sure thats what they will do. what they are doing is prob. scare tactic, save alot of bans and hit em at the same time. The more threads we get like this the more ppl get scared.

You think i am saying there is a ban wave? have you even read what i typed? This is a WHAT IF thread, i am not saying there is even a ban wave. Before you start talking a load of crap read what you are typing about. I have NEVER said that HB/GB is bad software and should refund stupid users. I agree that there are stupid users that should be banned for going afk but i am saying what if there WAS a different reason why people are getting banned.(which is wishfull thinking)Also who the hell are you to tell me im not using my brain(aka stupid)? It all comes back to you not reading anything about this post. It was never to raise suspision about something or piss people off, but you have to go trolling and completly blow things out of proportion! I have never had an acount banned(Knocks on wood). I am also not defending the afking people by any means, if you dont check the program and be safe its your fault if it gets banned.
