CLU help

im tryin to figure out how to set up the CLU to help me set my rogue to stay in stealth. i downloaded the blank profile but where do i place it? its in my singular folder right now. do i have to load it? can someone please break it down what i need to do to get it working? i tried reading the CLU posts but couldnt figure it out

Put it in the routines folder. On honorbuddy startup it will ask you which CC you want to use. Options should be Singular and CLU when you move it there.

its in my routine folder so i have blankprofile.xml and singular folder. however when i start up honorbuddy and log in, i dont get an option to select singular or CLU
