closes when trying to login

Hi, I've just downloaded honorbuddy again and wanted to start using it. installs fine, run both startups as admin and after i enter my code (lifetime (3600 days) one connection) it stats to login in the honorbuddy window then closes.

so far ive tried:
clean installs.
unstalling conflicting programs.
changing to dx9
restarting comp

if i change to windowed mode i get a instant close on login attempt and:
