changed to dx9 and 32bit client

attempting to clean cache but for now, nothing.

edit: nvm.. still happening. worked once then started acting up again.

edit2: works with one character, not another.

thank you... I saw that in my search and it's my next attempt at a fix. once i figured out it was only one character and that I lost power while it was running.. but first some snacks.
