Client initialization timeout! (with logs)

as per instruction on other thread.
starting my own thread and attaching logs.
the only sure fire way of getting it to rum error free is to load AB withing the 1st 10 seconds after windows boots.
i have disabled all AV. have all updates to windows installed and have all required c++ addons installed.
i have reinstalled AB to no effect. and also rolled back windows

i have disabled all AV

Configure (add all AB stuff\files to whitelists) or delete AV. They can block AB inject even they "disabled"

already on white list and excluded game directory and also AB in win10 defender options... and then disabled also
still problem
