client crash and says invalid key

just bougth for the first time and the client crash after i run.
the secound time i try to run the client says that "There was an error autenticating your key with the server. please try again later or use a diferent key. Max sessions".

plz i nees some help

in the portal i can see at "keys" menu my key, but the problem is that i cant find any buttons to kill in the session

i can kill the session but the problem it the same now i kill the session and client crash everytime i try to run

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
