Click-casting healer overlay possible with RB?

Whenever I join dungeons or raids as a healer, I always find myself frustrated by how the UI is layed out and the inability to customize the actual visual aspects of it.

To combat this, I used to use a bot program called Lasta which had a plugin that allowed you to pull up an overlay which gave you the same functionality that Grid+Clique would in WoW for those that are familiar with it. Unfortunately, it hasn't been updated in quite some time.

Is something like this possible with RB at all?

Not sure. Easy temp fix for click casting: make a autohotkey script that sends an extra key for mouse buttons.

It's not totally optimal, but UltimateCR more or less does it for you, I agree that the UI is utter shit in FFXIV though.. barely customizable and generally made for consoles.. Like gathering is pretty damn atrocious on PC.
