Class Hall Quests and World Quests

Are there any profiles that specifically do these? Im 110 and want to run something that finishes my Mage quest line for 3rd artifact etc, and then grind out World Quests for Artifact Power.

Or is there a profile that grinds AP? (outside of just running battlegrounds and prestiging)
