Choosing wrong quest rewards.

HB seems to be choosing wrong Quest rewards, On my warlock it chose a platemail with +2 Stam and Stre over +2 Stam and Intellect?. I'm guessing it went for the item that sold for the most. I remember it used to only choose the item that sold for the most if there wasn't anything better than what's already equipped.
