Choose which Pokemon to catch/not to catch

Hey,
as the title says, it would be great if we could disable catching Pokemon we dont need/want (especially Pidgeys and Rattatas).
I myself just want to catch some rare Pokemon and fill up my Pokedex, without being level 35 or sth afterwards (that would look suspicious )

+1 I had the same idea. Run out of Pokeballs fast on nothing but rattas.

Edit:
and it would be nice to have a function that only catches IV above the set value. IE 50+ or 80+ or even 95+

Maybe like certain criteria as checkboxes. Like:
Only catch if the pokemon is....
[ ]At least __CP
[ ]At least __IV

Then if you check only one, that's the only stat it worries about, but if you check both, it ignores the pokemon unless they meet BOTH criteria. That'd be pretty awesome.
