Alright so snooping different posts and I came across this reply.

China jade, you made my day. I laughed my ass off when I saw this:

This is Re: Patch/ HB being down!

Hi, Fluid,

We keep this information highly secret. We also insert additional and unnecessary downtime just to annoy the Community. You also won't find any information about the situation on the forums, so please don't look here:

or here:

cheers,

P.S.—for the humor-impaired, this is called "sarcasm".

Couple years ago, Bossland had a sense of urgency to get things down. Seems like now, they go back to bed and do it first thing in the morning. For a paid service, I feel the turn around should be better than 12-18 hours.

I think their turnaround time is quite impressive. Consider the difficulty of parsing a patch to a highly complicated program that you did not write yourself, *without source code*, trying to discover what has changed, adapt your own interface to what has changed, and ensure that no security risks have arisen. A daunting challenge. You might expect it to take weeks. The fact they are able to turn it around as quickly as they do, while still maintaining a high level of safety and security, is amazing.

/thanks to our devs

Real life gets in the way; downtime = more time to smoke and relax on this Easter. Thanks for all your work Boseland team.
