childish name calling from moderators

so i made a post last night about not being able to log in since the patch after paying the 1 euro for the 3 day trial yes to some of you that might be nothing but if i pay for something no matter how much it is i would like to use it. now 1 of the moderators change3d the titale of my post to im a clueless noob and seem to think that is customer service. i will not be continuing the trial nor will a be paying for the lifetime accounts that i was going to get if it worked. really dude i asked a question and i get called names??.
 
I find it hard to believe that one of the mods on this site would do that even being as exasperated as they are from all the 5.3 questions.
 
No way they did something like that, if you wanna succeed something, do it legit and stop bullshitting.!
 
sorry to hear your words, mate. but unfortunately, thats the honorbuddy community.
everybody thinks you have to know everything about this piece of program. 90% here are fanboys. and if you speak 1 word against HB, you will be called names.
 
First, I agree with you that that's a rude thing to do.

HOWEVER, the forum is currently littered with threads about HB's upcoming update, the most important of which are stickied. You don't even have to use the search function to be able to gather the information you need. That's why I can understand the frustrated responses to yet another retarded thread started by someone who is unwilling to even take a casual glance at the forum.

Personally, I think they're actually generous by merely locking those moronic threads instead of deleting them.

Are you sure you didn't name the thread that? Chinajade certainly wouldn't do that.
 
i did lok at the forum and yes it says it needed to be updated but it doesn't say anything about people who have paid and can't use the time they paid for because it needs updating i was asking a simple question which only needed a simple answer
 
Chill out, be patient, and you will have what you paid for when bot is up again.... for now - read a book, watch tv.. and keep an eye on the 5.3 update bot thread..

chinajade seemed most helpful if you look at who closed the post and hwo much they said it is a bit obvious who did it

I'm not trying to disagree with you for argument's sake, but I doubt Tony would do that too. They're not going to pick on a new customer, are you sure you're not trolling?
 
lmao you really think i would make such a big deal from 1 euro? its the fact i asked a question politely and get called names if tony did not do it it must be 1 of the other moderators as they are the only 1's that can do it anyway's im off now have fun i just thought people should know

I can agree with you that it can be called childish but on the other hand, what is a noob ?
A noob is a beginner of something, someone not as advanced as some others in that field.
So on the Honorbuddy part you are a noob, if you wheren't then you would have known that everytime WoW is patched honorbuddy needs an update, everytime there is a major patch, like 5.3 that just hit, honorbuddy needs a major update so it takes longer.
If you wheren't new to HB you would allso have known that Bossland allways give you the days you have lost when you have a trial ver of HB.
Once HB has been updated then make a post in support section and they will tell you how to proceed to be refunded.

And if you read all the posts that has been made on this forum from when 5.3 hits I think you can understand why some moderators can get frustrated when they have to answer the same question over and over and over (they have to do it on EVERY patch), because some people just don't understand that for HB to be safe it needs to be updated when WoW is updated.

To be honest there are posters on this site who have their noses so far up their own arses they have forgotten what the real world is like,I am talking about those who are so uncompromising in their attitude towards other customers ( at the end of the day thats what we all are) who have little or no expertise or experience of HB and their only rhetoric lies in sarcastic sanctimonious be-littlement of those inexperienced customers.Its not the easiest site in the world to navigate around and unless you have some experience finding the information you require can be like looking for a needle in a haystack . So my advice is this to those of the quick tongue and little sympathy, instead of posting pious sarcastic bullshit to the uninitiated have a little patience and understanding, take a deep breath , count to five and say to yourself, " I am going to help this goremless cretin who is so infinitesmially stupid and brainless as to not be able to click a mouse button and whos brain must be that microscopically small as to not be able to know that there is a new patch and devs are working on new programming to update the system,,, if it kills me "
