So ~2.5 mo time with HB to get everything done I wanted to get done before MOP arrives. This bot (which I would like to call brilliant but for every stroke of brilliance she can also be quite a dimwit (not complaining, just saying 
made it happen.
In descending order Easiest to hardest to bot>
Paladin (Ret)
Sham(Enhance)
DK (Blood)
War (Arms)
Hunter (Beasts)
Rog (Sub)
Priest (Shadow)
Druid (Balance, which sucked, although feral would have been a much better option I only had balance BOA gear, so I leveled balance :X)
I did mage / lock by hand so I can't really comment there but I doubt it would be a free ride. S Priest was a big pain in the ass.
Mainly, if your trying to level, quite obviously, mana relient classes suck balls. With or without gear. You are going to lose so much time drinking.
Classes with +combat breaks can really help the bot keep progressing. Sometimes your bots going to freeze and your going to think wtf why won't he move!? This happens primarily on monsters that are forever engaged by npc's for example when you first land in twilight highlands the first quest kill 10 invaders. Something like a nightelf's shadowmeld ability, or a rogue's vanish will instantly take you out of combat and solve a lot of prollems.
What other tips can I recommend.. hm? I used to leave my first few bots running afk. To come home with 1 bar of exp, and running into a wall or talking to a vendor 1000x. This is not not good. If you want to succeed at this shit you gotta watch your bot 24/7 IMO. Thats how I did it anyways. Sometimes your bots gonna just sit there. Wonder why? Well there's a few things you can do to help him/her move.
Check your bag space. Is it in the red 99/100 slots filled?? Start destroying some shit or get to a vendor and sell. Sometimes your bot will freeze trying to create a path to a vendor.
Stop/Start HB.
I've noticed restarting WoW/HB to solve a lot of problems and when that doesn't solve, reboot your computer.
I've noticed d/l'ing files, streaming music, etc. using bandwith in areas other than WoW would frequently tangle my bots priorities, leave him forever stuck on turning in quests or trying to buy food/ sell. I've noticed improvements using HB while setting the process WoW.exe to High or anything above just normal while running other tasks in the background...
This is all my personal speculation I'm not trying to make any claims saying I'm right btw just to clarify that I'm not an expert by any means.
Anways what else is important hm.. I really think Addon's like Spellflash are useful, so your not completely ignorant bcuz sometimes you have to finish quests yourself, or prove yourself vs. some scrub who won't stop ganking your bot. Instead of hiding bcuz you don't know a proper rotation(which I've admittingly done several times ha ha) load up spellflash addon and rock and roll. Great way to learn a class from knowing nothing to instantly having 20-30 skills and not knowing wtf is going on.

did get 1 suspension but overturned it right away. (DONT BOT OVER 12 HRS A DAY, YOU WILL TRIP WARDEN)
Probably won't ever ban again bcuz this account does mean a lot to me. Sweat some serious balls fearing bans. Almost had 10x heart attacks just getting D/C'd and having to relog back in thinking i was almost guarenteed to be lockout / suspended after typing in the password. God I hate that shit. But yeah.
