checking out .... pls help hb dond work atm

Hi

since ca 1 week i have the same problem and i have try all what i find....
checking out buddy store products this can take a while.......
but nothing happend... i have deletet cava and all plugins that i have downloadet ... then i have read a post that i must deletet the chach.ini in c/user/appdata but this folder i dond have and i dond find the cache.ini...
pls help
