Checking mails while not near Mailbox?

Does anyone know, if it safe to check mails while not near Mailbox object? Seems like functions like Core.RequestMailList(), GetMails() are working ok even when far from Mailbox.
So, is there such functionality in-game with that can request & view letters not near inbox?

Yep, this is safe for 99.99%.
Game client dont send to server objid or uniqid or any another info about mailbox near you
