Checking for Buddy Store products. This may take a while. is just stuck. HELP HELP

So, every time i log into honorbuddy it recognised my character, but in the bottom it just says Checking for Buddy Store products. This may take a while. Now, i have tried to google it, but it that just says that i should go to my buddy store and disable them all, however it does not give me this option, as the button is just gray....... What to do?

Hi again, Jonasovich, and thanks for the log.

You've got Honorbuddy mis-installed. You've installed it to the root of the F:/ drive. This won't work, it needs to be in a sub-directory, like F:/Honorbuddy/, instead.

Please do a 'clean install' of Honorbuddy by following the instructions here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

If no joy after the 'clean install', show us a fresh log, please.

Did the reinstall in a new folder, still no success, i have attached the new logs

Ive uninstalled everything and did the clean install and still doesnt work.
