Checking for Buddy Store Prod.. May take a while?

Morning all,

Went to start up this morning and ran into an issue with "Checking for Buddy Store Product.. May take a while." and its been that way for over an hour. Is this indicating that my account has expired or that there's another update.. or..? Dont seem to see anyone else with the problem. Thanks!
 
You are having cache issues, or certain store product you are streaming, is outdated and make you locked out.
Either delete local cache, or go to Store->My Purchases and disable all, then see how it goes.
 
Tried exactly that. Deleted cache and I have no purchases within the buddy store. Still having issues... I redownloaded. Same Error.
 
Here is additional Error information

"Compiler Error: error CS0009: Metadata file 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.Net\assembly\GAC_32\System.Data\v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089\System.Data.dll' could not be opened -- The process cannot access the file 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.Net\assembly\GAC_32\System.Data\v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089\System.Data.dll' because it is being used by another process."
