Checking buddy store stuck

Have problem obtain one streamed plugin (Buddy Store) from buddy store. When streaming of this plugin its enabled honorbuddy always get stuccked on Checking buddy store.

Plugin i am trying to get Buddy Store

I did all, now when i started wow + honorbuddy via HBrelog first two started correctly, other two get stucked. When i turn off WoW and Honorbuddy and start it again i am stucked again.

After first start after a while its work ok, after stuck on starting again. Just founded its also same with some others plugins from buddy store.
