"Checking Buddy Store products. This may take a while"

Every time I try to use honor buddy I log in and in the bottom left hand corner I see this error.

"Checking Buddy Store products. This may take a while"

I have looked at the forum's with this same issue. logged into the buddy store disabled all, restarted my computer and still nothing... please help! :(

the problem is your running the exe from the zip file and not extracting it to a normal place like you should be doing.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
