Checking Buddy Store for Products...(stuck)

I currently run two different HB accts, one of them works completely fine. The other gets stuck at checking buddy store for products...

I have deleted all my cache and followed the process that was listed in forums.

Anyone else having this problem

I'm having similar issue, but I can't get it to work on any of my toons.

Tried to clear cache, reinstall HB and reboot computer with no luck

Always create an own thread please. An issue might look the same but can have another root cause.

Updated to newest one... Now its Closing automatically after 30 seconds..

Got it to not exit out but still saying checking store for buddy products...

Go to the Buddystore and disable streaming of all products.
Start HB and it will work.
Now activate the products you have one by one until you find the one causing issues.
Report this product in the developers support thread and leave it turned off until the author releases an update.
