cheat not working

I've been trying for a while and it just doesnt work, here's what i tried.
-downlaod the zip file and extract it to D drive
-open it and entered the code
-start the game and nothing shows up
-switched to windows full screen
-restarted game and still doesnt work
-restarted pc
-tried it again and still doesnt work
HELP PLS
