Cheapest way to get a WoD account?

Just got hit with the perma ban hammer. What's the cheapest way to go about getting a new account with the WoD xpac? Do you have to buy the classic battle chest + MoP + WoD?

Why are botters dumb enough to buy WoD before it's out? I don't get it? There is no possible reason for you to spend that much money 6 months in advance and risk it before it's even out?

I get that you might want a quick 90 but kicks profiles will do it in 5 days time anyway?

Don't buy WoD before December if you don't want to give blizzard free cash.

This site is realy cheap, and they are trustable I have been using them for every expansion

And never add WoD before release, you might get banned again

Why pay those prices?? Its $20 for 1-90 right now and $50 for WOD?

THis is the time i would stock-up on gifted keys... This is what those sites do, than sell the keys for the linked prices or on ownedcore.
