Cheapest place to buy CD-keys?

I am looking to get back into wow and was wondering if anyone knew of a place to get cheaper cd-keys. I saw in a couple guides where they can supposedly buy vanilla keys for as low as 8$ but I can't find any cheaper than maybe a dollar or two below retail.
 
I would say, wait until Cata is released. Prolly the price on the other expansions will drop.
 
The $8 for vanilla keys is a Euro thing. We still have to pay $18-20 for NA keys
 
8 dollar is BS, the cheapest ones for EU are 6.99 euro which equals 9.20 dollars or so.
 
im interested in a site that will trade CD keys for gold, i have plenty gold but no cash at hand, does anyone have a site that makes this trade?

i went and checked it out, does not seem to be functioning anymore. the site says they will buy gold from people for 3$ per 1k wich is clearly not right anymore. i tried to get a response from the 24/7 customer service options and got no answer.

Where is that from? As i get mine from offgamers but thats alot cheaper can you pm me the site please m8?
