Cheapest place to buy CD-keys?

I am looking to get back into wow and was wondering if anyone knew of a place to get cheaper cd-keys. I saw in a couple guides where they can supposedly buy vanilla keys for as low as 8$ but I can't find any cheaper than maybe a dollar or two below retail.

The $8 for vanilla keys is a Euro thing. We still have to pay $18-20 for NA keys

i went and checked it out, does not seem to be functioning anymore. the site says they will buy gold from people for 3$ per 1k wich is clearly not right anymore. i tried to get a response from the 24/7 customer service options and got no answer.
