Cheapest cata JC item to make?

I was just wondering if there is any type of Cata JC item I can make that does NOT require a Jewelers Setting. Those cost over 1g each. Is there anything I can make that doesnt require on of those that will still DE into Cata dust or shards?

lol 1g. arent you botting? that should be like throwin a penny on the street lol! Hell even if your not botting in cata gold still flows like water. 1g shouldnt be too bad. hell 100g in mats to craft 100 items seems pretty cheap compared to my professions
