it seems to me like the people who can't be bothered to read the forums are all lurking around the chat room trying to leech some info off anyone who might have actually spent some time doing some research in the forums?? they are just waiting there ... complaining to each other how it doesn't work ... i wont go back there again ...

yea, i think the chat is good, but really theres a lot of people in there who just want to complain and not do the leg work. one time, i told someone to use the forms for support and he went all off on me. about how he dosnt care he spent money for the bot, and if he wants hes going to call the bank and get the payment back. and then he started using foul language, and yes, i kept enabling him, but when someone starts yelling at me, because they are incompetent, im not going to take it sitting down.

Your a real trooper.

Anyways, I agree that the chat room is a place full of questions that can easily be answered by viewing the guide sections of the boards.

Well I actually did have a problem in the beginning that the answers on the forum didnt answer me and when I asked on the chat people told me to look on the forums. I told them I had and they got angry ignoring my question. I did find the answer though, not thanks to the forum nor the chat =P

i see but if you have a problem that requires to post your log?
thats why we want support on forums

I know tony, but my log was only like five line and I copy pasted it into the chat ;) but no worries, its working like a charm. WIth the ocassinally crash ;)

I personally have sat in chat 10+ hours a day since I bought this bot 3 weeks ago. I help with anything I can help with when I'm not doing something else. I get more people cussing at me when they have a CC issue (Which I HAVE to see a log to tell them what to do about it) or 90% of people come in once a day to ask if questing is in yet.... If questing was in already don't you think people would be talking about it on the forums. Then people come in chat and ask for a link to download honorbuddy or gatherbuddy... Honestly if you can't find those links yourself... Leave your computer plugged in and running, and go drop it in a bathtub full of water because you don't deserve to have one. Come to think of it. If your this dumb or lazy. While your at it before the power supply overloads, do us a favor and just jump in with it.

If you can understand... Lots of stupidity hits chat room, rather than coming to forums and help themselves. Nothing pisses off a user more that reads everything and tries to help as they can than someone totally unwilling or entirely too lazy to even attempt to solve their problem on their own.

i used to sit in chat almost all day, but so many people are they asking questions, and i try to help them, but when i tell them to post it on the forums they start bitching...
well ofc there are a few good people there aswell ;) you guys know who you are :p

The Buddy community is generally incredibly lazy and can't be expected to perform the most minor tasks. The forums are swelled with the same old questions everyday that have been answered several times and now it's happening in the chat too.

I think the different sections need to be fixed a small bit, made more manageable and easier to navigate. There's a lot of unneeded clutter sections that could be removed or merged.

@ Tony's support forum idea - people don't post where they're supposed to now, why would they actually make the effort to find the correct forum once a support forum has been created?

i mean to keep support on forums not on chat room
not to creat a support section
