chat messsage, is this a routine, or hb doing it?

It's the pvp AFK reporting system in when you enter a BG.

Just for future readers...

Honorbuddy never prints to chat, as it is easily detectable. Some messages can be (somewhat safely) displayed if the developer knows what he's doing, but Honorbuddy itself will not do this.
