How likely is it to get my money back for the past month of sub purchases and 3 x character boosts?
 
If it was a credit card like American Express. 100% chance. I don't think VISA will give it back though. Only AMEX/Dinner's Club/and possibly masterbard. Debit cards absolutely not though.
 
I've done it every time I get banned, you get your money back. At least on Paypal.

Do note however, they will hate you and go harder on you if you ever play/bot again.
 
paypal 100% however if you do it to many times on paypal, paypal notices and notifies you to stop or they might proceed with legal actions or somthing, i dont remember the exact wording. i had 50~+ recalls in a few months

how far back can i chargeback? whats the time frame
 
A lot of CC's have a 60-day policy.

CCs are "unsecured" debt meaning that if you choose not to pay it, they can only complain to a credit agency but they can't get the money from you. So they're more likely to work with you, refund your money and take the funds back from the vendor that charged you, i.e. Blizzard.

Should've put that in the OP.

Regardless, Paypal will side with you for the reasons I posted above. They don't want to lose money, so they'll take it back from Blizzard. Paypal sides with the buyer unless the seller has incontrovertible proof--which Blizzard always refuses to provide.
 
It depends largely on the bank's policy, the bank rep you talk to, etc.

I would guess that they're more likely to believe you if you've never done charge backs before. Just tell your bank you want to dispute a charge because you paid for something and didn't get it. (Google it for better advice.)

Sorry, Idk what you mean by pre-paid. Pre-paid CC? Pre-paid game time card you purchased with a CC?
