I was wondering I am currently using this bot to level characters to transfer to my main account (same last name on accounts different first) and if I transfer a character or 2 to my account and use the dummy account just to level and don't touch the bot on my main will both most likely be banned?

Pretty sure first name has to be the same.. Could be wrong though. And yes they would make that link... Would they ever ban you for it? I don't understand what you are asking. If you are linking the accounts together either by sending them gold or what not than why are you even bothering to have a second account? You're just wasting money. You might as well quest bot or whatever you are doing on your main account and save yourself the money...

Simple question - simple answer - no.
If they catch u for botting, they action the violating account only, not the whole battlenet or diff accounts.
The violation generally is per account. The single difference apply only if you do severe violations, like duping items/gold or get caught selling massive millions of gold from the account.

Reverse to your question but may still provide you some valid info, in the past I have transferred a character OFF my main onto a botted account which eventually got banned, main account is still going strong.
If you're in final warning, better move it
