Character Switcher

I know there use to be a character switcher for spending blood shards but I don't see it so I'm guessing it's not been updated for sometime,
so I'm asking if there's a new one taking it's place of is there a hidden Trinity setting to do this?

This would be real helpful outfitting a new character with one that's already geared.
