Character repeatedly stops action for no reason while questing

Log attached above. This is just one example of my character stopping all action for no apparent reason. He does this repeatedly, throughout all leveling, and not after hours, but sometimes after just a few minutes of starting Honorbuddy and the relevant Questing profile.

If there's any solution to at least get the Questing to work for a few hours without problems, please let me know what I need to do. Thanks.

Yes, Fraps and GeForce Experience / Shadowplay were installed. I uninstalled both programs, restarted my machine, and testing things again now. If I encounter the problem again, I'll post here and see if any other unlisted programs on my machine may be causing similar issues.

After about 2 hours of testing, I can confirm that things look much, much smoother than before. Not a single freeze or stopping of action, and Honorbuddy's been more responsive than ever. I can hardly believe that Fraps or Shadowplay would affect Honorbuddy this much. The performance is like a different world now.
