Character attempts to repair forever

I'm using a quest core, with a few different profiles and running into an issue where the character is just going to the nearest repair person and opening and closing it non-stop. I tried pausing and manually repairing and moving the character towards the quest line... no dice. I even tried switching to the grind core and it did the same thing.

I have 2 other characters questing just fine at the same time.

Any suggestions?

I installed into the user directory which was causing access issues with windows.

We uninstalled and installed to my desktop.

Issue resolved.
