Char not using all abilities

I'm using the Drhawks685 "1-60 Alliance questing profile" and I just got it to work! It works perfectly and everything is going smoothly except my character isn't using all of his abilities, just the basic few he started with.

Is there something I need to change in order to get them to work?

ahh okay, and how would i integrate the combat routines into my honorbuddy?

Download the Combat Routine you prefer and drag the file to HONORBUDDYDIRECTORY/Routines/
Next time you open HB, it'll ask you what routine you'll like to use.
