Chaos recipe plugin and AIF interaction

Hi everyone I have 2 setup with some issue atm and both have chaos recipe plugin running:
1. AIF has id setting item.isRare which identify all rare beforevendor and doesnt leave any for chaos recipe
2.AIF has id setting item.isRare off which save unidentified rare for chaos recipe but also vendor the rest unidentified which result in getting transmutation instead of alteration.

Is there any way to make AIF check chaos recipe first?
It seems to be an issue with simple soluton but i cant seem to figure it out

The first option you listed is what you want. ChaosRecipe already handles its rares before they get identified by AIF. If that isn't happening you've done something wrong. My first guess would be that you haven't designated a Stash page only for the chaos recipe plugin, it should be separate from your normal rare stash page(s). If that isn't the issue, post screenshots of your settings.
