Changing Deck Each Game?

I've been trying out the trial and like it a lot so far, however I can't seem to stop it from changing the deck it uses after every game, is this because i'm using the trial?

I set it to 'Custom' then pick a Hero, then type in the name of the deck I want used, but it keeps on randomly swapping through heroes and going back to basic decks instead of sticking with the one I chose.

Well, I looked through my log and worked out the problem.
It seems that having the 'quests' plugin enabled after completing all quests will cause it to use a random deck each game.
