Changing current profile to Empty Profile

Its been doing this all day. Ive cleared settings and cache. After i start a profile it wont let me stop it and i can not exit out on HB without ending the task with ctrl alt del. View attachment 13476 2015-08-01 21.09.txt

try changing wow to dx9 mode, you can do this via your wow graphic options.

switched to dx9 and HB starts then closes right after
